Testimonials

“Monique has been very supportive and helpful through my journey to better health. Though healing is not always linear, she has frequently reminded me to be kind to myself and readjust my plans, when needed, and together we have formed achievable goals. I have struggled with my nutrition for several years and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to work with Monique and work on my nutritional goals and healing.”

– Lauren Nason

Testimonials

“Monique is an excellent nutritionist and person. She integrates terrific knowledge with her sincere compassion to patiently educate and inform while setting goals and holding her clients accountable. Her genuine care and good humor accompanies her professionalism for an exceptional combination. She listens well, responding to my inquiries and pursuing areas of interest that I have. I have recommended her to several other people and highly recommend her to you.”

Testimonials

“If I could give Monique 100 stars I would, as 5 does not hold a candle to the amount of knowledge she has. When I first started seeing her, I knew absolutely nothing about nutrition. She breaks everything down and explains things so thoroughly and in ways that are easy to understand without making you sound dumb. I look forward to our appointments because I always leave learning new things. The recipes and tips she sends in follow up emails are also super beneficial. She is wonderful about working around what works best for you and what you’re willing and open to trying. Can’t recommend her enough!”
