Looking for some go-to smoothies to give your mornings an extra boost?

Pack in a punch of fruit and veggies in the morning with a healthy homemade smoothie. Smoothies made from fresh or frozen fruit (and veggies!) and protein sources like seeds, nuts, nutbutters, and soy, offer a variety of vibrant nutrients to kickstart your day and safeguard your health. In May I shared my favorite recipes for fun, easy breakfast smoothies on WHJL’s Daytime Tri-Cities Good Eats.
